dining chair 2
The inspiration for this chair can be attributed to the Ming Dynasty, but with its more streamlined design, it could easily belong to the "Bling" dynasty. Much like its armrest-free cousin – dining chair 1 – this is a solid-wood dining chair, with all the same sinewy curves and tactile appeal.
With its well positioned armrest, it's ideal for the head of the dining table, or anywhere else a sturdy, comfortable and, dare we say, stunning chair is required. This model is made of Mahogany and also features a triple slat curved back, with the top member winding round to meet up with the front legs. The seat on this model is almost imperceptibly "dished" or "scooped".
